We had originally taken my mother’s car accident case to another firm and moved it to Steve when the other firm tried to convince us to take a settlement we felt was way too low. The other firm also did not explain things or update us on the details or progress of the case. We called Mr. Terry and he agreed to look at our case and dug right in and worked with us with incredible detail and constant updates.... Steve was so patient and caring with my mother and I - every question was answered promptly with a high level of calm respect. He was able to close our case with a significantly higher amount and settled all insurance and Medicare matters the other attorney had neglected. All of the TSR team members we worked with were extremely professional and very prompt in getting back to us. We are so thankful we had Steve and his team in our corner. He’s the only personal injury attorney we would use or recommend to our family and friends from now on. This is my 2nd baby that I have had with the midwifes. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My midwife knew I wanted a natural birth for my last birth. They induced me naturally (no drugs). I used the nitrous oxide for my pain management and it was the best experience I have ever had. I feel like the strongest women alive. Thank you again for the best birth yet.We took a pup there in the morning 8:45 am to find a chip. It didn't have a chip, so they told us that they would keep it and if the owners didn't call today, they would have to send it to the animal shelter. When the owners kids showed up to get the dog at 12pm, thier parents are out of town. I called the Grande Monticello vet to say that we were coming down to get the dog and they have a picture of the dog on their phone. the grand Monticello vet refused to release the dog... to us, said that we had to get it from Animal Control. I called animal control and they said that they would call the vet and say it was okay. the vet still refuse to release the dog and so as of this afternoon the dog was still at the vet and not at Animal Control. Then the owner called and said the dog had been going to that vet since it was a puppy and they had records of the family owning the dog, they still refused to release the dog to them and they still had the dog at 7 pm. The owners still dont have thier dog and they have to pay $200. To get it back. it was really evil of that vet!!! The staff sucks!Good food! Love their appetizer selection, and the wine selection as well! The cocktails are tasty and the main courses too! But the patio is nice, and we like to sip something and nibble on different appetizers.Westside Ballet’s excellent, talented and kind adult teachers have helped me rekindle my love and passion for ballet. So happy to have this wonderful studio in Santa Monica and to still be dancing at this time of my life.Great company! And great serviceDelicious Cuban style food. He did what I thought was impossible. Thank you again Roger Kraft...They replace two window in my home in Spring Valley lake. They did an excellent job at what I thought was a reasonable price and even sent pictures of the finished windows when completed.We have dined here 4 times and had a great experience each time. This is not a fast food restaurant. Don’t stop if you want to get in and out in a hurry. It’s for the diners who enjoy a leisurely, well cooked meal. We love the “Italian Nachos” which are deep fried ravioli served with a dipping sauce. Entrees are all served with soup and salad. We order the meat ravioli and the Alfredo and both are delicious and freshly made. Portions were plentiful. Service has always been good. The only thing that keeps me from giving the maximum starred review is that house salad had a few wilted pieces. But I don’t go here for the lettuce. We live over an hour away and I can’t wait for our next visit.you want the rigatoni with meat sauce (with the big dollop of ricotta it comes with).Great people. Wish we lived closer................I really liked the wide variety of choices on the menu for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. My hubby and I had different chicken dishes, both very good with salads to start. The dressing was excellent and homemade. My cousin had a lovely tomato soup but then a vegan meal that was much less appealing. Stay away from the meal of azukuki beans, rice, sea vegetable unless that really is your "thing". There are much more appealing options on the menu. Portions were generous and food was very fresh. At gentle dentistry I have never felt any pain, had any stress making appointments, or have had any unpleasant experience in general. I really just cannot believe the disparity in dental care in Bergen County alone, Hands down the best dental practice I have ever been too and I have been to quite a few in Bergen County. I would never go to anyone else. My entire family comes here now.Pleasantly Surprised Takeout For some reason, we were hesitant to grab takeout from here...we typically go to the Chinese place on N. Sherman. But we were more than happy. Everything tasted great and we didn't get the digestive doomsday that you roll the dice in getting when you try a new Chinese place. The Mongolian beef was very peppery but good. We also got the hot and sour soup, Kung Pao chicken, crab rangoon, and they threw in those sweet donuts since we were already $30 deep at that point. Overall we're happy with China Wok and we're glad to have it nearby. Have been going to Isabel for over 2 years for massage. I go in with a complaint of this tweak or that tweak going on in my body. By the next day, the tweaks are gone. Isabel is extremely knowledgable of how the body's anatomy works and if I ask her ( which I do) she tells me which muscle, which tendon, which ligament is the culprit. The atmosphere is lovely and serene. Definitely 5 stars.Jim beam wings awesome. Service was great. House salad on point.For a fancy Chinese restaurant you would expect for it to have tasty food but I rather go to a fast food Chinese restaurant and spend $8 for a combo. It's nice inside ( barely any light ) and so many options to choose from the menu . My boyfriend ordered the chicken chow mein , fried rice , kung pao chicken entree and the beef and broccoli entree . Really big portions but lacked flavor . The beef in the beef broccoli wasn't cooked all the way . The chow mein was so oily and the fried rice lacked flavor . I did enjoy the Kung pao chicken . Spent $40 and was not satisfied.Comida Peruvana autentica! We can never find good Peruvian food where we live, nor most places we travel to. Who would have thought that on Vacation in Taos we would be so lucky as to find Quechua!? The food here is delicious and the service was excellent. A unique experience in Taos. Our kids were dropped off at the class and daycare they offer and I was a little nervous seeing this was the first time I'd ever done this with either of my kids & when I went back to pick them up my son was super and happy and had the biggest smile on his face and our daughter was fast asleep on the rocking chair with one of the daycare workers. My heart melted! So happy to be apart of such an amazing churchPeople told us it wasn't possible to sell our house and buy one with a contingency in the super hot market we were buying in- but Lynsie made it happen! She was so on top of the process and the details, super responsive, and got our family settled in a home that was beyond our expectations. Will do every real estate transaction we have with her from now on.Agent Heidi did not take the time to inform me when a property I was interested in was bid on. I would have bid higher. I lost the post that I'd originally commented on to add that although it is far I will make it a point to come stock up and support my people.First time in town and at Mikes. Stopped for breakfast. Grabbed the only open table (back corner booth). Plenty of people came and went and seemed happy. Tables were clean and well stocked. Pancakes were fluffy, large, and tasty. Ham steak was big and juicy. Eggs cooked as ordered and hash browns were plentiful and crisp. Expected Italian sausage link, but patty was flavorful. Fresh toast was delicious! Our food came out quick and hot. Better service would have earned a fifth star. Only 2 cups of coffee and first took a while to arrive. Although we stacked our plates and made it obvious that we were done, we had to go up to the counter to get and pay for our bill. We will stop again when we are in the area again.At detox, you loaded me up with seraquel, made me sick, had hallucinations, then you shoved a contract in front of me which I could not read due to blurred vision and hallucinations. Because I would not sign, you threw me out on the street. I went to Centennial Peaks, a much better facility. After a month, have still not received a refund. You scalped me for $7,000 for 2 days. I can not say enough bad things about you. Hey, you nearly killed me.My experience at Ottawa has been nothing less than miraculous. So many things learned, not only academically but personally and professionally.Great gas station now making some upgradesMore updates are coming later as they want to have diesel available.The best that is all there is to it. Dr. Davis is like a old style doctor, he listens to you and works his ass off to help each and every one of his patients. The teachers didn't know me and I felt like they weren't willing to. You know, since I'm gonna leave anyways. I hated being left behind because I didn't understand the way they taught etc. Each teacher teaches differently, it's up to the teaches whether or not they want to change the way they teach to improve a student's education and ne...ed. Honestly asking for help then being put down, made me not want to ask for help ever again. I didn't like that feeling of not having other choice or opportunities to improve. Teachers are our inspiration and motivation. If they give up on you, you give up on yourself. I found that happening to me too often. I couldn't learn crap lol BUUUUTTTT, all the students and some staffs were amazing inside out. So positive and motivating. Being with the class of 2016 and other amazing people made me put more effort into something I wanted to give up on. It made me want to come to school and be able to be with everyone every step of the way. The students who went to Encina were so inspirational. Much love!I'd been putting off finding a dentist in Washington state because I was too attached to my dentist from Chicago -- but finally, after almost five years of living in Tacoma, I decided to find a Tacoma dentist. And I'm so glad I found Giesy Dental! There are a few things that make Giesy Dental stand out for me. First is Kacia, who was my hygienist. She is SUPER knowledgeable and explained to me the reasons behind her suggestions, and was also really good about quelling anxiet...y, which I definitely have when in the dentist chair. The dentist office as an annual practice makes sure to screen for oral cancer with a device that uses UV light to look for dysplasia, and since I have a heightened risk for oral cancer, that's very important to me. And finally, Dr. Giesy was able to possibly solve a longstanding migraine problem I've had by looking at my tooth and jaw x-rays; turns out, exactly where my migraine pain originates, my jaw is off-kilter. I can't wait to fix that, I've been living with radiating pain for so long! All in all, Dr. Giesy's office is different because it looks at dental problems holistically; that is, it doesn't ignore the way all of our systems are connected. I think that's really important, because isolated symptoms come from connected systems, and you need to connect the dots to truly solve the problem. The other clients are into their own routine and are only focused on themselves so... you don't see other members walking around, texting and looking for dates (like I've witnessed at so many other gyms, OH YUK)! It's a very down to earth & relaxed feel in Malibu Gym and I Love it! I also happen to really like Diamond, the owner. I was educated in St. Joseph's up until grade 6. At that time my family moved out to Long Island. When I went to school there I found the education I had received at St. Joseph's was far superior to that of the Long Island schools. The study skills I learned while at St. Joseph's helped me through out my life.This is a great program for kids in Ontario. I volunteer as part of a community outreach program in our company called "Telmate Cares" where we (volunteers) lead a class every month to teach kids about professional development skills. Anything from graphic design to interview skills. It's such a great experience.I made an appointment with Dr. Lane this past week, and going to the dentist has never been so enjoyable. She provided helpful tips to keep my teeth and mouth in great shape and she was very professional. I highly recommend her and her practice to anyone. I'll be back in 6 months.They NEED to accommodate people who work different schedules! Tried to check in at my 8am end of shift.They said even tho they had roomsI could not check in til 4pm. I have been in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy with Dorothy since December, 2009. She has answered all my questions, given me info about my case on a regular basis & sent me regular reminders to make sure I didn't forget to do something. Today, I received my Discharge paperwork from Dorothy with information about how to rebuild and repair my credit. I cannot say that going through a Chapter 13 has been a pleasure, but I got rid of a 2nd mortgage amounting to $180,000 and over $120,000 in other debts in exchange for payments of $300/month for three years. Believe me when I say that Chapter 13 was well worth the aggravation.La Vie is one of the three restaurants my family and I go to when everyone is at home or for special occasions - we travel an hour to eat here! It is a family-run restaurant, and they always recognize us and ask how we have been doing. The main waiter there is funny, he does 'magic tricks' for us that crack us up. Their specialty - the La Vie Roast Crab - is SO DELICIOUS!! They bring the crab out but take off the main shell once served and underneath is the most delicious crab mixed with garlic and I don't know what, but the crab legs are soo good too - it's not just ordinary crab, but its so flavorful. We always order two for a family of 5 and it also comes with a side of the garlic noodles. They bring out lemon bowls afterwards because it can get messy. We always get the La Vie Combo (which you make your own rolls with grilled prawns, beef, rice noodle, a crispy spring roll, pickled carrots/daikon and rice paper), Sizzling Rice Soup, Beef Look Luck, Seafood Crispy Egg Nest, Crisp Salt and Pepper Wings (the most delicious, crispy wings topped with a jalapeno/red pepper and a spicy fish sauce on the side), House Fried Rice (this isn't greasy or heavy like Chinese fried rice can be, it is light and really good) We always get Vietnamese drip coffee (individually drips into your coffee cup - DON'T stir it! You have to be patient for this...it has condensed milk on the bottom and the coffee is very strong). The waitress knows my family, and we always order the Mango Panna Cotta - she tells us to call beforehand to make sure there are enough or else she would make them for us! The Fried Banana and Ice Cream is pretty good too La Vie will always be the restaurant we go to for special occasions - the food is so delicious (I haven't tried my pho here, but my parents have and say it is the best pho they have had). They tell us they travel around and taste different things to try to improve their menu, but the flavors of every dish is spot on - I recently moved to NYC and dream about their food, but I'll be back in a few months and will definitely come back here! :)Came here on a saturday night and was able to get a table for two right away. The staff was friendly and the service was great. There was a good selection of rolls, drinks, deserts (mochi, tempura ice creams). The set up for the tables was nice. The food was good but was kind of pricey for the amount they gave. I ordered a rainbow roll and ordered a side of edamame.Ok... maybe im sealing my own coffin by writing this review, but the food is worth it. I swear, the place is amazing... almost as if it was owned my some Russian Mob boss haha. Beautiful decor, awesome chandeliers. And the place was empty too which made me think.. hmmm, front for something else maybe?.. Jk Jk.. BUT, OMG, everything i mean everything was amazing. From the red caviar, to the cured fish, to the Pelmeni and Beef Stroganoff, everything was well seasoned and at the right temperature. There was so much to do and so much history there. Drove on the beach, for miles. Took in Astoria, Warrenton, and all the great cities of that area at the coast. Others have told me how wonderful it was, so I needed to try it as I was in the area from out of town. I had the salmon cake salad. Again, I wish I could say it was fabulous, but honestly...it was just so so. The cakes had barely any salmon in them and very little salad to accompanied them on the plate, leaving me hungry. My friend had the meatloaf and said it was hot on on the outside, but lukewarm in the middle, as if it had been nuked. The patio was quaint and the gifts shop cute, but why does someone who patronized this restaurant have to wait for 10 minutes while gift shoppers tie up the cashier. On most occasions, maybe this isn't an issue, but it was for us. Doesn't seem quite right to make someone wait in a lengthy line to pay their bill. Not impressed with our visit. Perhaps breakfast time is a better time to enjoy the establishment... But since I do not live in the area, I may never know.Don't go on Sunday. Only one person working and it is super slow service. Celtics game one of the finals. Me co-workers and I are settling down to enjoy some Chinese food from Chee. We picked up broccoli beef, house special low mien, chicken fried rice, egg drop and hot & sour soups, The cost was about $28. The broccoli beef has an overly present slime consistency in the sauce. The broccoli is cooked perfectly (crisp, vibrantly green) but it's drowned in that weird mouth-feel brown sauce. The beef itself is at best, OK. The house lo mien noodle is supposed to be a combination of chicken, beef and shrimp. We found the chicken fine, the beef was also in there somewhat but with the exception of two overly cooked pieces of shelled 30-40 sized crustaceans, the shrimp was a no show. The dish did have a nice smoky background to it, but the noodles themselves were overcooked. We ate about half the order - after we scrounged for those two pieces of shrimp. The chicken fried rice was perhaps one of the better Chinese food take-out containers we opened. It was pretty well prepared, decent tasting, but was slightly lite on the protein. Of the two soups we ordered, the hot & sour was the most interesting. It wasn't what we expected from other H&SS we had had before - our preference leans towards PF Chang's and Pei Wei as some of the best locally. The egg drop soup was very bland. Even with a few shots of Siriacha Sauce dosed into it, it was now just hot and garlicky. What a waste. Now here's what really made the whole experience deserve a low rating; this place is nasty inside. *A strong mildew smell permeates the waiting area and dining room. *The windows and sills are rotten and exhibit proof of past water leakage. *Seating booths looked greasy. *Walls are painted with gloss paint, that are dull from dirt & old age. *The carpeting needed to be replaced 20 years ago. *The cottage cheese ceilings show dirt and grime from the ventilation system. *Glancing through the kitchen window, the food prep area looked like the remnants of a food fight. If I were coming here with business associates, family or a date I would be embarrassed with people knowing I suggested such a venue. Do yourself a favor - if you HAVE to eat food from here, order by phone and get it to go. Enjoy it somewhere else where you won't be embarrassed to be seen. If you still, for some self loathing reason, still want to visit Chee you can't miss it. It's on Willow just East of the 710 freeway and LA River overpasses - just look for the tall orange and black "CHEE" signage. Oh crap, I just looked down at my plate. I see the brown gravy of the broccoli beef has now congealed into some kind of ultra gelatinous brown slime creeping across my plate. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!I hired Bob's landscaping to do some lawn repair and to install some drain tile at my business. They were so quick and professional, that I won't go anywhere else in the future! Bob was able to give me a VERY last minute quote for the work I needed done, and was able to get in done by my short deadline. He even made sure to come back a couple of days later to check on everything, and when he noticed that our regular lawn care company caught the mower on the edge of the new sod, he offered to come fix it for me. Great experience!
